In this case, Keller Lenkner are prepared to act under a Conditional Fee Agreement (otherwise known as a no-win, no-fee agreement). This means, if your claim is not successful, you do not have to pay Keller Lenkner any fees. They take out insurance to protect you from legal fees in such circumstances.
If your claim is successful, you do not have to pay Keller Lenkner any fees other than the agreed success fee. They will recover all other costs incurred in dealing with your claim from the defendant.
If your claim is successful, Keller Lenkner will charge a success fee. This will be the only thing you pay towards the costs of your claim
Keller Lenkner agree that any success fee deducted from your compensation in relation to their costs (and any other applicable fees) will be capped at 25%. Keller Lenkner guarantee that you will receive no less than 75% of any compensation awarded.
The success fee covers the risk they incur in representing you, as if they lose your case, their costs may not be recovered.

To formally appoint Keller Lenkner UK as your lawyers, you will need you to sign a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA). A CFA is a written agreement between you and Keller Lenkner. It is also known as a No-Win, No-Fee agreement. It states that you won’t have to pay Keller Lenkner a penny if your claim is unsuccessful.
This is your confirmation that you wish to instruct Keller Lenkner to act on your behalf. It allows Keller Lenkner to obtain the necessary information needed to pursue your claim and authorises them to deduct their fee from any compensation received at the end of the claim.
This agreement is subject to you complying with your obligations which are set out in Keller Lenkner’s terms and conditions. By signing Keller Lenkner’s legal documents, including their Form of Authority, you agree that they will pursue your claim on such a basis, and that you have no other funding* or insurance available to you to progress your claim.
*This does not mean that you have no money available to you, but that you have not agreed legal funding with anyone else in relation to this claim.
